Precision Staffing Solutions is now hiring welder/fitters for current and upcoming projects nationwide. We are looking for proven heavy-industrial crafts who emphasize safety, productivity and professionalism. We have both travel-oriented and localized job opportunities based out of Woodland, WA.

As a welder/fitter you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, repairing and dismantling industrial machinery and equipment.
Additional responsibilities:
- Lays out, fits, and also welds fabricated, cast, and also forged components to assemble structural forms, like machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells, and also building as well as bridge parts, according to blueprints plus knowledge of metallurgy
- Selects equipment plans layout, assembly plus , applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal machining weld shrinkage plus techniques
- Lays out, positions, aligns and additionally fits components together
- Bolts, clamps, and also tack-welds parts to secure in position for [Welder, Tack ]
- Sets up equipment welds parts, using arc, gas-shielded arc, submerged arc, or gas equipment [Welder, Combination ]
- May assemble parts by bolting riveting
- May repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and also reassembling parts, using cutting torch, straightening press, and also hand tools, and also be designated Welder, Structural Repair
- May specialize in using one process be designated Welder-Fitter, Arc ; Welder-Fitter, Gas
- May specialize in fitting as well as components of metal tools, dies, and also fixtures be designated Welder, Tool And Die .
